Due to continued expansion, we are hiring a Business Development Manager to join our Sales team and actively participate in growing our client base in Ireland.
You will report to the Sales Director and play a critical role in our sales organisation by managing the full sales cycle, from uncovering potential leads through to closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- In this direct sales role, your primary focus will be on new client acquisition, while maintaining relationships with existing clients
- You will articulate Threatscape’s value proposition to C-Level contacts and Senior Executives.
- You will execute consultative sales methodology and manage complex sales cycles from lead identification to closure.
- You will contribute to the achievement of individual and company targets and goals.
- You will closely collaborate with the technical and marketing teams.
Experience needed for this role:
- Along with over 8 years’ experience in direct and full cycle sales you need to have:
- Previous proven success in a B2B technical sales role, with demonstrable sales target achievements.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles involving several stakeholders.
- Experience in consultative sales, with excellent prospecting, account management and closing skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- High energy level, strong work ethic, drive, integrity, can do attitude and accountability.
- Experience in the IT sector - knowledge of IT security products is beneficial but not essential
