Business Development Manager

London – Full-time Position

We are going through major growth and have an opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to work alongside the Country Manager and grow the number of clients we help secure their data. The role requires you to be autonomous, self-motivated, mature and result-focused.

 

Finer Details

  • Location: Our office is in central London. The role involves attending meetings in and around London (a car might be necessary).
  • Salary: Generous basic and uncapped commissions (realistic OTE would be between £100-150K depending on your experience and ability).

What You Will Do:

  • You will manage the whole sales cycle from uncovering opportunities to negotiating and closing sales. Targeting the mid and corporate market across multiple verticals in the London area.

Typical deals take 2 to 12 months to close and the order values typically vary from £10,000 well into six figures.

Experience you need to bring in order to be successful:

  • Proven success in selling IT solutions to the mid and corporate market in the UK (Cyber security solutions sales a plus)
  • Previous proven achievement of hitting and overachieving on targets. (P60 required as part of the process)
  • Ability to manage complex sales, and relationships with various stakeholders up to and including C-level
  • Drive, autonomy, resilience and focus
  • Excellent communication, articulation and presentation skills
