Senior Microsoft Security Consultant

Our award-winning Microsoft Security Practice is growing and we are looking for an experienced Microsoft Security Consultant to join our team, and work on a variety of transformational projects, to protect customers with solutions like Microsoft 365 Defender, Entra, Intune, Purview, and Priva.
This (remote-first) client-facing role is ideal for an excellent communicator with a positive outlook and a get-the-job done attitude, with experience in securing Microsoft cloud, hybrid, or on-premises environments.
Technology focus:
Your primary focus will be to work with solutions which deal with:
- Threat Protection (Microsoft 365 Defender, Microsoft Defender for Cloud)
- Information Protection (Purview / Microsoft Information Protection, Office 365 Data Loss
- Prevention, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, Office 365 Advanced Security Management)
- Identity and Access Management (Azure Active Directory)
- Device Control (Microsoft Endpoint Manager)
- Security Management (Microsoft Defender XDR, Office 365 Compliance Centre, and Microsoft Sentinel).
Responsibilities:
In this role you will be involved in varied security projects including design and delivery. Your main responsibility will be to support Microsoft Security Solutions and workloads with full design, consultancy, deployment, management and support
- Execute the design, deployment, troubleshooting and system integration
- Work on POC and production deployments
- Integrate cloud applications with security products. Troubleshoot integration issues.
- Provide 2nd level technical support to clients
- Assist with pre-sales and post-sales activities
- Contribute to the development of new Microsoft services
- Participate in the analysis of contributory technologies (value add to Microsoft)
Skills and experience relevant for the role
- Relevant experience in deployment and technical support of Microsoft security solutions, with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Relevant qualification: MS-500 or AZ-500, MS-101, MS-100, SC-100. Alternatively, CISSP / SC200 / SC300 / SC400
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
